Returns & Exchanges

DSMNY E-SHOP accepts returns on full-price merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
